Season and timing: Nature works with a pattern and law, this is what we call “seasons”. Of course you can eat ice-cream when it is cold outside and turn on your A/C to freezing temperatures in the hot summer days, but we know that this is not energy efficient. So as your days. If you understand and maintain the biological rhythm, the body would work and perform more efficiently.
