Ko gre za mačka, je preventiva resnično najboljše zdravilo. Z malo previdnosti si lahko naslednje jutro prihranite veliko bolečin.

Nasveti za preprečevanje

  1. Ostanite hidrirani Začnite večer s kozarcem vode in poskusite popiti še enega med vsakim alkoholnim napitkom. Tako boste razredčili alkohol v krvi in se izognili dehidraciji.

  2. Jejte pred pitjem alkohola Uravnotežen in hranljiv obrok pred ali med pitjem alkohola je ključnega pomena. Še posebej koristna so živila, bogata z zdravimi maščobami, saj ustvarijo zaščitno plast v želodcu, upočasnijo absorpcijo alkohola in zmanjšajo tveganje za mačka. Zdravljenje mačka

  2. Pametno rehidriranje Začnite jutro s toplo vodo, da nadomestite izgubljeno tekočino zaradi dehidracije, ki jo povzroča alkohol. Čez dan pijte postopoma in v manjših količinah – prehitro pitje prevelike količine vode lahko stanje celo poslabša. Prevention Tips

  1. Stay Hydrated Start your night off with a glass of water, and aim to drink one between every alcoholic beverage. This helps dilute the alcohol in your bloodstream and keeps dehydration at bay.

  2. Eat Before You Drink A balanced and substantial meal before or during your drinking session is crucial.   2. Rehydrate Wisely Start your morning with warm water to rehydrate after a night of alcohol-induced dehydration. Gradually drink more throughout the day, but avoid overdoing it—small, steady sips are key to feeling better because slamming too much water can make you feel worse.   3. Think Twice About Painkillers When your head is pounding the first thing you'll be tempted to reach for is a quick pain reliever. This is not the best idea because over-the-counter (OTC) products like aspirin, Tylenol, and ibuprofen have side effects that are magnified while alcohol is in your system. This is probably contrary to everything you want to do right now, but for your long-term health, it is a good advice. Just like alcohol, aspirin is a blood thinner and the two in combination can intensify the effects. Tylenol (or acetaminophen) can cause more damage to your liver and ibuprofen can also cause stomach bleeding.

  4. Consider TCM Herbal Support Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) offers herbal remedies that support your body's recovery process. Taking these supplements before and after drinking can help replenish the energy your body uses to detox and repair itself.
